  15.      _o_u_t_b_o_x is a simple tool to Publish files automatically to the user's Out
  16.      Box page. These files can then be viewed or downloaded by people viewing
  17.      the user's Out Box page using Mosaic, Netscape or another Web Browser.

  19.      The URL for the user's Out Box Page is http://<machine-name>/~<user-name>

  22.      When outbox is installed a directory called "public_html" is
  23.      automatically created in the user's home directory. A default Out Box
  24.      page is also created in the file "index.html". All files published
  25.      through _o_u_t_b_o_x are placed in this directory. Files published as links are
  26.      created as "soft-links" in the file system. More information on
  27.      publishing files is available from the Help Menu of _o_u_t_b_o_x.
